Handover of Student Cooperation BMKG and FITB ITB

Bandung (fitb.itb.ac.id) (26/12) Located at the Prof. Building Goenarso Labtek X Meteorological Studies handover students of S1, S2 and S3 collaboration between BMKG and FITB ITB. Attending the ceremony ITB Rector Prof. Dr. Djoko Santoso, Dean of FITB Ir. Lambok Hutasoit, Ph.D., Head of BMKG Dr. Sri Woro and other honored guests.

In his speech, the Rector of ITB stated that ITB as an institution of higher education Indonesia can be a good partner for BMKG especially regarding issues of education and research. So hopefully with the cooperation of the students (emissary from BMKG) to be educated in the ITB can improve the quality and quantity of science. In addition, Head of BMKG Dr. Sri Woro emphasized to the students to take advantage of the opportunity that has been given the correct country, as long as they are studying the costs borne by the state.

In a symbolic handover FITB ITB students BMKG- cooperation submitted by the Head of BMKG Dr. Sri Woro to ITB Rector Prof. Dr. Djoko Santoso, accompanied by the Dean of FITB Ir. Lambok Hutasoit, Ph.D. The last session is filled with question and answer session moderated by Prof. Dr. Sri Widiyantoro, M.Sc., Ph.D., Dean of FITB feature speakers and Head of BMKG. The students mostly asked about the issue of lectures, facilities, living expenses, books etc.
