Charging Evaluation Questionnaire Class Semester 2009/2010

Bandung, fitb.itb.ac.id Notified to the students of the Faculty of Earth Sciences and Technology ITB, that filling the questionnaire evaluating the lectures, conducted on-line via the website http://ol.akademik.itb.ac.id

Please note the following:

1. Each student must complete a questionnaire to the entire class courses taken in the first three feet 2009/2010, unless the subjects of KP, TA & similar.
2. If there are subjects that kuisionernya not filled, then the value of these courses will not be viewable on line by the students concerned
3. The charging time from 23 November 2009 – December 11, 2009.
