The introduction Prodi Common Preparatory Students (TPB) FITB-ITB 2008

Bandung. fitb.itb.ac.id, (29/11) Located at the ITB LFM has organized an introduction program (Prodi) student preparation stage together in 2008. The purpose of the introduction of this study program is a source of information for students to choose a study program in accordance with interest and based on the other variables so that students can make their choice. The event presented several invited guests as an envoy to present / promote each study program include Marine Lt. Col. (KH) Ir. Trismadi, MSi (Alumnus of Oceanography), Ir. Syobri Syawie, MM (Alumnus of Geodesy), Iwan Wibisono (WWF / Meteorology), Dr.Ir. Andang Bachtiar, MSc (Geology Alumnus), Chairul Hadi, SSi. (Alumnus Oceanography) and moderated by Dr. Budi Brahmantyo.

The event started at around 08.00 pm and was opened by the Dean of FITB Ir. Lambok Hutasoit, Ph.D. then followed by a presentation from each speaker Prodi for 30 minutes. The topics presented by each speaker finally boiled down to one thing, namely about the need for the role of ITB graduates, especially in the field of geoscience given the lack of human resources in Indonesia are now capable in the field. After the first session is completed followed by a session of questions, students were very enthusiastic about asking questions, especially concerning information Prodi they would choose. Finally the show ended around 11:00 pm and was followed by the formation of groups and dispersed in different places for the introduction of further study program at the same time guided by several lecturers.
