Ir. Niniek R Herdianita, M.Sc and Dr. Grabbing Aswan Champion Papers I and II combustion Earth
Bandung, fitb.itb.ac.id; After the previous two FITB students won gold and silver medals in the Olympic event of international geoscience at UGM. FITB again achieved boasts Ir. Niniek R Herdianita, M.Sc and Dr. Aswan, ST, MT (Geological Engineering Lecturer FITB), won a championship I and II in the “paper combustion terrestrial” organized by the Geological Agency.
The event was paper contest, each participant designated by each journal editor who joined the Forum Editor Journal of Earth from a paper that was published in the journal each had 13 participants from 13 jurnal.Melalui Hidrogeokimia Hot Papers in Cidanau Area, Anyer , Banten, Indonesia (published in magazines Geoaplika) Ir. Niniek R Herdianita successfully won the first place while Dr. Aswan through paper Stratal Architecture of Pematang Group, Central Sumatra Basin based on Moluuscan Taphinomic Study: Case Study in Kilianjaro Area (published in Geological Magazine Indonesia) won the second prize while the third winner achieved by Typhoon Marhaendrajana (JTM).
The jury is Dr. Iskandar (Head of Geotechnology LIPI), Dr. Yunus Kusumahbrata (Ka Geological Museum) and Harmijaya (UGM)
