FITB Day – 2018 : Introduction of the Study Program & Work Exhibition of the PRD Course

fitb.itb.ac.id; April 26, 2018. The time shows 1:00 p.m., but it feels less because of the excitement that occurred in the East Hall of ITB since 07.30 this morning. This excitement is because today is 2018 FITB-Day.
Vice Dean for Academic Affairs, FITB, Dr. Eng. Imam Achmad Sadisun, ST, MT opened the FITB Day 2018 event. The event was guided by Dr. Eng. Mirzam Abdurrachman, ST., MT. as a Lecturer Coordinator for Introduction to Engineering and Design (PRD). Two core events on this short day were the introduction of study programs in the FITB and the PRD Course Work Exhibition. Besides being attended by 2017 TPB FITB students, the event was attended by high school students in Bandung who were deliberately invited some time ago.
Each representative of the Study Program gives a brief presentation about their Study Program. Namely: Rahmawati Rahayu, S.Si, MT (Meteorology), Faruq Khadami, S.Si, M.Si (Oceanography), Irwan Gumilar, Dr, ST, MT (Geodesy) and Mirzam Abdurrachman, Dr.Eng. (Geology). Where each study program introduction session was interspersed with question and answer sessions, and this received a fairly positive response from the participants, especially the Lecturers who represented study program distributed a special souvenir from the Study Program to the participants who asked questions.
