Seminar Prof. Hiromitsu Yamagishi
Bandung (fitb.itb.ac.id) (16/07) Around 09.00 pm Department of Geological Engineering, represented Dr.Eng. A priest Sadisun, MT held a seminar with the theme and Deep Seated Landslides rescent. Guest of honor that fills the seminar were Prof. Hiromitsu Yamagishi avalanche expert from Japan.
In his presentation, Prof. Hiromitsu describes the landslide that occurred in Japan and how to be tackled through technology. About 20 participants consisting of students and relevant bodies to follow the seminar. Interaction through questions and answers provide challenges for geologists in Indonesia how to apply the technology to Indonesia in overcoming the recent landslides often occur.
